My personal mantra for over a decade has been, “I want to do work that I love with people I enjoy”. I would argue that most people want this. The challenge is knowing what this means and how to pursue these opportunities. With CLIQUE Hotels and Resort I have found that. I have been driving to and from Calgary for close to 5 years now and enjoy every minute of it. Knowing that I am going to work with such an amazing team, and company. Our primary goal is great customer service! And this shows through on our reviews, being #1 hotel on TripAdvisor in Canmore and ranked # 15 in Alberta.

How do we achieve these goals you ask? With our energetic and dedicated employees. Our reviews show time and time again that we have a “rock star” team that are customer service driven and enjoy working for Falcon Crest Lodge. The majority of our team have been with Falcon Crest Lodge for over a year and if you know the Transient Bow Valley, this is huge in itself.

We are centered on the details while having fun! What company encourages fun lunches, team outings and annual events? CLIQUE Hotels and Resorts does! Every year our company hosts a summer BBQ with fun games and dance to let loose after a busy season and we end every year with a Christmas Gala, where we recognize all our employees. In between our events, we enjoy other fun activities, planned, and organized by our team or CLIQUE Hotels and Resorts, such as pumpkin carving, gingerbread house making; pancake breakfasts, pizza lunches, wing nights, horse back riding, rafting and the list goes on and on. When you enter the doors at the Falcon Crest Lodge, or ride the elevator, or walk the halls, you are always greeted with a smile from one of our outstanding employees.
