Sure, you can find a bite to eat and a beer most anywhere, but for us, it is what we LOVE to do, and that makes all the difference in the world. We are passionate about serving fresh hand-made food that uses the best quality ingredients from local suppliers. We are passionate about working with exceptional people that are constantly striving to provide the highest level of guest experiences. When you combine these with only the freshest local beers, it is easy to see that we truly LOVE what we do.

OUR BEERS

All our craft beers on tap are selected from unique local and regional breweries. They are also a product of an occupation requiring passion and special skills. Sure, brewing beer is a simple science that requires just four ingredients: Water, Malted Grain, Hops and Yeast, but maybe more importantly it is truly an art. This is perfectly illustrated when comparing Macro beer to Craft beer. When you completely automate the process the result is a beer that is plain, lifeless and boring. On the contrary our craft beers are the result of craftsmen (and women), designing beers with love, labour, attention to detail and imagination. By adding such natural ingredients as fresh berries, honey, maple syrup, espresso, rosemary and chocolate for example, the end product is a unique work of art that YOU, the beer drinkers, get to enjoy!
