Cold Season Wellness tea is a soothing caffeine free blend, perfect for sipping during Cold Season! It is an incredibly comforting tea with a delicious balance of sweet, savoury and spice.

This delicious tea is intentionally blended with Ginger, Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Clove, known in Ayurveda as warming spices. It is an herbal tea with peppermint (menthol) for soothing nasal and bronchial congestions. There is some Oregano which contains high levels of carvacrol and thymolcombine (antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties) and Yarrow to help sweat it out.

The active ingredients in this cold weather blend include ginger pieces, orange peel, cinnamon, lemon grass, eucalyptus, liquorice, clove, basil, parsley, peppermint, cardamom, black peppercorns, caraway seeds, valerian root, yarrow flowers, oregano, all known for really helping to kick that cold in the butt!
