LOVELY ICE CREAM 

Lovely Ice Cream is a local, handmade ice cream company in Canmore, Alberta. As the world came to a grinding halt during the pandemic, it was Conor’s mission to bring something joyful and lovely into the world to put smiles back on peoples' faces. What better way than to create ice cream? Inevitably leading to the creation and concoction of Lovely Ice Cream in the Spring of 2021.

Conor’s love for food and flavours radiates through his ice cream. Producing new flavours such as Custard Blueberry, Roasted Banana and Strawberry Balsamic whilst putting his own twist on favourites such as Minted, Cookie Dough and Salted Caramel as well as diversifying options like The Orange One and Lemon Squeeze that are dairy free, and Pina Colada and Chocolate Gelato that are completely vegan. Lovely Ice Cream is proud to be the creator of the only handmade Gluten Free Ice Cream Sandwich in the Bow Valley, offering freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and waffle sandwiches. Recently, Lovely has also expanded their product offerings with handmade caramels that come in four flavours; Salted Caramel, Coffee, Chocolate, and Apple Cider. Being a company that offers such product diversity allows them to continue to do what they set out to do: create as many lovely smiles on peoples faces as possible whilst fueling the Bow Valley locally.

Having recently opened Lovely’s first brick and mortar location at the Shops of Canmore to operate alongside the Ice Cream Cart and Lovely Event Trailer means that you can now find Canmore’s freshest ice cream every day, rain or shine. Lovely’s promise to you is ice cream that is always made fresh in-house using real, whole food ingredients and fruit that’s ripe and flavourful along with an old-school aging process that keeps tummies happy. You won’t find any artificial preservatives, stabilisers, colouring, sweeteners, flavourings or chemical additives. Just real, whole food and fresh flavours.
