Theatre Canmore Goes Haunting!
When Maxine Bennett and Annie Humphrey approached Theatre Canmore about doing Ghost Walks, we thought, "Why not?" Everyone loves a good ghost story.
Maxine and Annie have spent the last four months contacting local characters, business owners and historians to uncover the "untold stories" of Canmore's past. She discovered A local hang-out built on haunted ground, restless spirits shadowing a historic landmark, unexplained paranormal activity, even a local expert in ghost hunting! The result is a spooktacular night unearthing ghastly ghosts, ghouls and mysterious events lurking in the shadows of Canmore’s historic streets. The walks have proved to be insanely popular. October 28, 29 and 30th are already sold out.
Our Canmore Ghost walks are a great way to start your Halloween celebrations! Tickets still available for both All Hallows' Eve walks! Meet at the Good Earth Coffeehouse 7:00 pm or 9:00 pm and get 15% off food and drink atwith your Ghost Walk ticket! See you in Spooksville!

Shawn and Marnie Dawson and their three kids have been living in Three
Sisters Mountain Village for just over a year. After more than a decade
of being based out of Peaks of Grassi, the couple began thinking longer-term.
The prospect of planning for retirement and a growing family led the
couple to make a move towards something slightly more spacious.
Combining our love for the mountains and for the arts, the first ever Mountain Culture Summit at artsPlace is an incredible gathering of films, talks, workshops and special guests.
The raising of the steel framework of the new Catholic Shrine Church of Our Lady of the Rockies Parish in Canmore, Alberta is almost complete. It is worth driving or walking by the construction site on Palliser Trail, situated at the base of Silvertip Resort. You will be amazed! It is changing daily and to date the crowning glory of the project was when the Cross was hoisted on top of the bell tower. Once completed, it's visibility from the Trans Canada Highway will make The Parish an iconic landmark for Canmore and the Bow Valley.
