Valbella’s Food Truck Returns for Summer 2025 

Valbella Gourmet Foods is firing up the grill again this summer with the return of their popular food truck, opening for the season on June 6th, 2025. A local favourite for casual outdoor dining, the truck will be serving up freshly made lunchtime specials right from their patio.

Stop by every Thursday and Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to enjoy a rotating menu of house-made favourites. With picnic tables, mountain views, and friendly faces, it’s a summer lunch spot that’s hard to beat.

Valbella posts its weekly menus on social media, giving customers a sneak peek at what’s cooking before they drop by. From signature sausages to seasonal features like bison burgers, pork belly tacos, and classic hotdogs, the food truck menu showcases the same high-quality meats and ingredients Valbella is known for.

Chef Felix says, “We’re excited to serve up internationally inspired and delicious dishes made with fresh, local, Alberta grown meats and produce! And there's nothing better than seeing everyone enjoy our food right here on our patio.”
