Embark on a Spanish culinary journey at Rustica Steakhouse—Silvertip’s Executive Chef, Peter Horlacher has created a tasting menu experience which showcases authentic Spanish cuisine, as well as traditional classics prepared with an innovative flair.
Beginning with a tantalizing aperitivo and pallet cleanser, followed by an unforgettable tasting menu that concludes with after-dinner treats in our elegant rustic inspired space.
