Come taste 8 single origin and specialty chocolates at the Saturday Morning Chocolate Tastings
Each specialty variety of cacao hails from a specific region of the cocoa belt and are grown and produced by single origin plantations. These chocolates have been meticulously roasted or fermented in unique ways to bring out the best in the beans.
During the tasting hear how chocolate is grown, harvested, fermented, roasted, turned into smooth creamy chocolate. Learn the differences between French and Belgian chocolate making. Discuss the ethics around chocolate.
All of these chocolates are some of the best in the world, not sold to the public, as they are reserved for fine dining restaurants and high end pastry chefs.

Chocolate tastings begin at 9am, with a duration of around 45 minutes (depending on group size and quantity of questions the tasting may carry on slightly longer).
The cost per person for the tasting is $19.04 ($20.00 total with tax)
