Event Description
Experience an elegant evening of exceptional food, French tradition and fine Cognac at The Spirit of Cognac, coming to The Stirling on October 7.
The evening will feature a specially created four-course dinner, with each course thoughtfully paired with distinctive selections from Delamain Cognac, one of France’s prestigious historic Cognac houses.
Adding to the experience, Delamain’s ninth-generation owner will guide guests through the pairings, sharing stories of the family, craftsmanship and traditions behind each Cognac.
Guests will begin the evening with a cocktail hour before sitting down to dinner, all surrounded by the spectacular Canadian Rockies.
