The Drake Screaming Retriever Restaurant and Brewery
The Drake is a legendary establishment in Canmore and a favourite for both locals and visitors alike. In December 2025 we announced our partnership with the Screaming Retriever Brew Co. To celebrate this partnership, we have renovated the place, created a new menu, and will be opening a Screaming Retriever taproom in February 2026. Now, you can come enjoy artisan pizzas, house-made fresh pastas, craft beers on tap, and more!
We still have fun events and live music every week, and our new renovations make The Drake Screaming Retriever a cool place to come for an after work drink and some delicious food, a good weekend party, or a special event.
