We take pride in the Alberta Products that we cook with. Coming from the rolling grasslands, our potatoes and Beef are sourced from nutrient rich soils that contributes to why the quality is considered some of the best in the world.

Our North Gold Tomahawk 45-50oz for 2 or 3 people is a must-try and would pair well with a glass of J.Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon or a Miner's Mule, one of signature our cocktails.

Our breakfast and brunch will also take your taste buds around the world. Sure, we have the breakfast classics of pancakes, benedicts, sausage and eggs, or venture further to taste some of our signature dishes.

The Shakshuka Benedict is a dish of Tunisian origin, popular in Libya, Algeria, Morocco,Israeil. It is full of flavor with stewed pepper, onion, tomato and chili with poached eggs.

The Masala Omelette is sure to tantalize your taste buds with an Indian style flatomelette with ginger and green chili.

And the Turkish eggs bring flavors of roasted garlic yogurt, poached eggs, smoked paprika and paprika oil. It is served with kale salad and sour dough bread.

For the summer months at The Bankhead restaurant, we host a Patio BBQ on weekends, weather permitting.
