Happiness Basics Monday, April 22 @ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM, FREE!
Live a happier life. Learn new skills and create habits to boost your overall happiness.
This is a 4-week (one time per week) workshop which guides you through research-based strategies to enhance your overall positive emotions.
Course dates April 22, 29, May 6 & 13 with Andrei Dandridge-Evancio, Mental Health Clinician and Kiley Torti, Active Living and Health Promotion Consultant.
This will be a hybrid class please ensure you are registering for the option you will attend, whether in person or virtual. Held at Rm 115, Canmore Recreation Centre.
